Shipping policy

Where we deliver

Our MYSWAN trucks and delivery team cover metropolitan Melbourne. For Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton and the rest of Australia, please contact us before you order and we'll talk you through your delivery options.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is from $29 for metropolitan Melbourne, or $15 when you order brush sets on their own. Your order may take up to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the MYSWAN delivery truck schedule. After you order, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery window, or you can choose to have it left in a safe place. We deliver Monday to Saturday during business hours.

White Glove Service

Upgrade your delivery for $150 per product. We bring it in, set it up, take the boxes away and recycle them. White Glove Service is the only option that includes after-hours delivery, so just let us know the time that suits you when you book.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect isn't available just yet. Our new showroom opens in November 2026 with a dedicated collection zone, so you'll be able to pick up straight from our warehouse. Until then it's delivery only, so keep an eye out for our free delivery specials.

Checked and insured

We check every order for imperfections before it leaves Swan Beauty HQ, and every order is insured for delivery as a default. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, see our Refund Policy.

Assembly

Most pieces need only a little assembly: Hollywood mirrors arrive with their bulbs to screw in, and most vanities just need their handles screwed on. Choose White Glove Service and we'll set everything up for you.
