We have made sure every product we stock complies with the strictest quality and safety standards; this includes the Australian and New Zealand safety standards: AS 61347.2.13:2018 and AS/NZS 61347.1.

We recommend you take the time to measure your intended space before making any purchases. Pay particular attention to measuring doorways and stairwells to ensure your product fits perfectly into your space. This way, you can rest easy that your Swan Beauty mirror or vanity will look glam, exactly where you intended it to go.

Our Customer Service opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm and Saturdays, 10 am to 3 pm (AEST, excluding public holidays).

The Swan Beauty Standard Delivery Service is our most popular delivery method. It’s perfect for Beauty Gurus who want to receive their new product in tip-top condition.

Our Standard Delivery Service is priced from $29 and covers all Melbourne Metropolitan areas. Your product may take up to 7 business days to arrive, depending on the MYSWAN delivery truck schedule. But we will always be sure to organise a time that suits you. After you place a Standard Delivery Service order, a member of our team will be in touch with you to arrange a time to deliver to your door or just inside your home. We complete all deliveries within our advertised business hours, Monday to Saturday. 

We are passionate about quality, so we always make sure to check your order for any signs of imperfection before they leave our Swan Beauty HQ. 

For those who love luxury and extravagance, our premium Swan Beauty White Glove Service 🎩 is the next level. For $149, your mirror and or vanity will be unveiled in style. 

Like our Standard Delivery Service, this may take up to 7 business days based on the MYSWAN delivery truck schedule. But we will call to organise a time with you to ensure you can enjoy your vanity in all of its beauty.

Metropolitan Melbourne. MYSWAN truck and our delivery people deliver to Metropolitan Melbourne. Please contact us for alternate delivery options for Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and Shepparton. We hope to make our Swan Beauty Mirrors and Vanity products available nationwide shortly, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled.

Our Swan Beauty White Glove Service 🎩 includes delivery and set-up after hours.

We can also offer Credit Card or Debit card payment facilities to you for purchases during your Swan Beauty Showroom by Appointment visit.
